Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding the field research activities.

- Planning field research as per the outcome required/Objectives identified.

- Interacting with relevant people during field research to derive responses.

- Assist in formulating and reviewing research reports pertaining to team activities.

- Compile, analyse data points and create detailed reports of findings

- Simplify findings into presentations

- Implement tests of processes, policies, and protocols

- Recommend changes and improvements based on research findings

- Write reports, white papers, and other published documents

- Help and assist Senior Analysts in data analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Fieldwork research experience in any sector either rural or urban or both

- Should be comfortable to speak with strangers

- Should be comfortable in new situation and places





- Strong documentation skills

- Must be valuable in spoken and written English

- Must be good in regional language Hindi and Kannada
