Role Description The Research Assistant will support ongoing research initiatives related to Natural Immunotherapy, nutritional oncology, and immune health at the Foundation’s Mumbai location. This full time, on-site role includes conducting literature reviews, collecting and organizing data from clinical and observational studies, and assisting in the preparation of research protocols and documentation.
The Research
Assistant will help design and implement data collection tools, perform basic statistical analysis, and maintain accurate laboratory and project records. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior researchers and clinicians, coordinating with partner institutions,
contributing to reports and presentations, and ensuring research activities comply with ethical and organizational guidelines. The role may also involve supporting outreach and education projects by translating research findings into accessible materials for patients and the broader community.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for reports and presentations.
Candidates should possess solid research skills, including literature review, study design support, and documentation of findings.
Candidates should possess basic laboratory skills relevant to clinical or biomedical research and careful handling of samples and equipment.
Candidates should possess data analysis skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets and statistical or data management tools.
Relevant academic background in life sciences, public health, nutrition, psychology, or related fields (masters degree or equivalent preferred).
Attention to detail, ethical awareness in handling sensitive health information, and the ability to follow research protocols accurately.
Interest in integrative health, immunity, nutrition, and patient-centered care; prior experience with non-profit or healthcare research is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving project needs.
