Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Subject Matter Expert (Manager) – Dairy Technology to lead the development and commercialization of

High Protein Milk, Protein Shakes, RTD beverages, and functional dairy products

. The role involves formulation development, process optimization, pilot trials, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize formulations for high-protein dairy beverages and functional dairy products.

- Work with dairy proteins (MPC, WPC, WPI, caseinates), stabilizers, emulsifiers, and functional ingredients.

- Optimize UHT processing, homogenization, and product stability.

- Troubleshoot issues related to protein sedimentation, phase separation, viscosity, and heat stability.

- Execute pilot and commercial trials, scale-up, technology transfer,



and shelf-life studies.

- Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product commercialization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification:

M.Tech/M.Sc. in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.

- Experience:

4–8 years in Dairy Beverage R&D; or Product Development.

- Robust expertise in dairy proteins, beverage stabilization, and UHT processing.

- Proven experience in launching dairy beverages from concept to commercialization.

- Experience in the dairy, nutrition, or functional beverage industry will be preferred.
