Role & responsibilities

1)New product development for MV switchgear AIS and GIS products He shall be responsible developing new product as per the management guidelines and planning and execution process. Type testing at domestic and international labs as per IEC and ANSI standards.

2)Benchmarking and product development cycle

1. Study of tender specifications & scrutiny

2. Conceptual designs
3. Detail engineering and making Bill of materials

6)Product designing, virtual prototyping, analysis and simulations for mechanical assemblies
1. Natural trails and prototyping
2. Conducting routine & Type test of Current and existing products 6) Internal and external customer communications
3. Software skills of AutoCAD , 3D modelling, MS office ,
4. Vendor development and support to inter departmental functions
5. knowledge of Ansys or equivalent analysis software for Electrical field simulation
6. Type testing of MV switchgear
