Role Description The Research Analyst & Operations Level 1 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bokaro Steel City. This role involves conducting market and industry research, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing clear reports and dashboards to support decision-making. The individual will assist in monitoring project operations, documenting processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.





Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking key performance indicators, supporting internal process improvements, and maintaining accurate records of research findings and operational activities. The role also includes collaborating with senior analysts and managers, communicating insights in a structured manner, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of AI and software delivery processes.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Statistics to interpret data and derive insights.

Candidates should possess Research and Market Research skills to collect, validate, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant skills such as proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools, familiarity with basic SQL or data querying, and comfort working with large datasets are beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Bokaro Steel City and collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
