Role Description The Research and Development Chemist will work full time on-site at the Panoli facility, contributing to the design, synthesis, and optimization of APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates, and specialty chemicals. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing laboratory experiments (batch as well as continuous synthesis), analyzing data, and documenting results in compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The role involves developing and scaling up current chemical processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams including production and quality control.

The chemist will be expected to maintain laboratory equipment, adhere to safety protocols,



and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) skills, including experience in new molecule development and process optimization.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, method development, and troubleshooting of analytical results.

Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills, including handling chemicals, operating lab instruments, and following safety and GMP guidelines.

Candidates should possess knowledge related to batch manufacturing and flow chemistry, with the ability to apply this expertise to product and process development.

Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including familiarity with quality standards, testing protocols, and documentation practices.

Relevant qualifications include a master degree in Chemistry or a related discipline (M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, or equivalent), experience in pharmaceutical or fine chemical R&D;, and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
