✔ Experience with grades: AL1FP & Mesoporous Silica

Key Responsibilities
- Lead research projects from concept through execution and evaluation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret research data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop innovative methodologies and improve research processes.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop and enhance products.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and scientific advancements.
- Support research planning, budgeting, and project timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
