What You Will Do

● Identify mobile game studios that fit our acquisition criteria.

● Build and maintain a database of target companies across Western Europe and North America.

● Map game portfolios, ownership structures, founders, investors, and key decision makers.

Research Potential Opportunities

● Track studio activity including new game launches, layoffs, funding events, acquisitions, and strategic changes.

● Identify signals that may indicate acquisition opportunities.

● Monitor gaming industry news, company announcements, and market developments.

Analyze and Prioritize Targets

● Create profiles of target studios and game portfolios.

● Assess strategic fit against defined acquisition criteria.

● Maintain a prioritized list of acquisition opportunities.

Support Leadership Reviews

● Prepare concise reports and presentations.

● Summarize findings and recommendations for leadership discussions.

● Support ongoing acquisition sourcing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

● MBA student or recent MBA graduate.

● Robust research and analytical skills.

● Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

● Ability to structure large amounts of information into clear insights.

● Interest in gaming, technology, strategy, or market intelligence.

● Self-driven and comfortable working with ambiguous problems.

Nice to Have

● Experience in strategy consulting, market research, investment analysis, venture capital,



or corporate strategy.

● Familiarity with business research tools such as Crunchbase, PitchBook, LinkedIn, AppMagic, or Sensor Tower.

● Interest in the gaming industry.

Key Deliverables

Within the internship period, the candidate will:
