Role Description The Rental Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Sadar, responsible for managing rental inquiries and supporting clients in securing suitable properties. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining rental options, terms, and pricing, and guiding clients through property viewings and documentation requirements.

The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available rental inventory, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of rental deals.

Agent will handle customer queries professionally, address concerns, and aim to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team sales targets. The position also includes maintaining accurate records of leads, agreements, and customer interactions, and contributing feedback to improve rental processes and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining rental terms, negotiating, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Sales skills to convert inquiries into successful rental agreements and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Car Rental or property rental processes, contracts, and basic legal considerations related to rentals.
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Sadar, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM tools for tracking leads and documentation.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
