Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Renewal Sales Executive to manage and grow our existing customer base by driving timely renewals of IT services contracts. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for IT services contracts, including AMC, managed services, cloud services, software subscriptions, and support agreements.

Engage customers proactively before contract expiration to ensure timely renewals.

Prepare and present renewal proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, finance,



and support teams to ensure seamless renewal execution.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure successful renewals.

Required Qualifications

1–6 years of experience in IT services sales, account management, renewal sales, or customer success.

Experience in selling or renewing IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, software licensing, or enterprise support services.

Robust negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
