Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple product lines.

- Coordinate release activities with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth software delivery.

- Conduct release readiness reviews before production deployments.

- Monitor release quality, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

- Maintain release documentation and communicate release status to stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure successful production releases.

- Drive continuous improvement in the software delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 68 years of experience in Release Management or DevOps.

- Robust understanding of CI/CD processes.

- Experience with Azure DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SQL.

- Experience with JFrog Artifactory.

- Experience in Risk Management and Release Governance.

- Exposure to the BFSI domain is an added advantage.

- Experience optimizing software delivery and release processes.
