Role Description The Relationship Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their housing finance needs, and guiding them through the loan application process.

The Relationship

Officer will conduct customer meetings, explain product features and eligibility criteria, collect and verify required documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing. Daily responsibilities also include achieving sales and disbursement targets,



handling customer queries, providing post-disbursement support, and promoting Shubham’s offerings within the local market. The role requires consistent field interaction, follow-ups, and a customer-centric approach to foster trust and long-term engagement.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer connections.

Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, including understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic credit concepts.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining products clearly and interacting with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and prompt resolution of customer concerns.

Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, conversion, and working towards defined targets in a competitive setting.

Relevant additional qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; prior experience in housing finance or retail financial services; proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills; and a willingness to work on field assignments within Delhi and surrounding areas.
