We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Relationship Officer to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, generating leads, and promoting gold loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in the gold loan industry, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads through various marketing and sales channels
- Acquire new customers and build long-term client relationships
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets
- Cross-sell third-party financial products to existing and new customers
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Plan and execute branch-level promotional activities to increase market penetration
- Ensure accurate KYC verification and documentation for all assigned products
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
- Build and maintain a strong customer network for recurring business
- Coordinate with the Branch Head to implement business development strategies
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales
- Strong understanding of gold loan products and financial services
- Good knowledge of local market trends and customer acquisition strategies
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage
