Job Title: Relationship Officer

- Identify and generate new leads through field sales and direct customer interaction.
- Promote and sell banking and financial products, including retail loan products.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion and closure.
- Approach potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Collect and complete customer loan documents and submit proposals to the bank.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer details, sales activities, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for customer acquisition and business development.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Any Degree preferred.
- 03 years of experience in Banking Sales / Field Sales / BFSI / Loan Sales.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills can also apply.




- Good customer handling and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Target-oriented with good lead generation and conversion skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Age: 1835 years.
