- Presentable personality with good communication skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Basic knowledge of POS machines, digital payment solutions, and merchant acquisition.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products and processes.
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory; English communication will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Age: 18- 30 years.
- 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, FinTech, Telecom, or the Payments industry.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.




- Knowledge of the local market and business network.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants and onboard them for POS machine services.
- Generate leads through field visits and business development activities.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Explain product features and perks to prospective merchants.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow up with prospective clients.
