Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring that digital marketing strategies align with those objectives. Day-to-day tasks include regular client communication, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services on time, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance.

The Relationship

Manager will prepare reports, present campaign outcomes, and recommend improvements to increase client satisfaction and retention.



This role also involves supporting new business opportunities by participating in client meetings and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, fundamentals, and content creation, to effectively discuss strategies with clients.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technical specialists.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in a client-facing role within an agency or marketing environment is preferred.

Comfort working on-site in Faridabad and engaging directly with clients when needed.
