Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.

- Identify current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.

- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying potential issues early on and implementing corrective actions to minimize losses.

Job Requirements :

- 3-9 years of experience in sales or a related field (e.g., DSA).

- Strong understanding of loan against property (LAP) products and processes.

- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
