Job Summary**

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in Kakinada, focusing on understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to support their growth and success.

Job Responsibilities**

Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships within the Kakinada region.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments for clients, recommending appropriate products and services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, credit) to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.





Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and business development activities.

Adhere to all regulatory compliance and internal policies.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably within the financial services industry.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of financial products and services.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in Telugu and English is highly desirable.
