Key Responsibilities:

- Handling institutional clients for fixed income and bond market products

- Managing client relationships and providing investment solutions in bonds and debt products

- Executing bond transactions and coordinating with dealers, treasury teams, and institutions

- Monitoring market movements, yields, and fixed income opportunities

- Coordinating with corporate clients, HNIs, family offices, banks, and financial institutions

- Preparing investment proposals, market updates, and portfolio recommendations

- Ensuring smooth trade execution and post-trade support

- Maintaining compliance and regulatory documentation

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of bond markets, fixed income products, and debt instruments





- Strong communication and client-facing skills

- Ability to build and maintain institutional relationships

- Understanding of financial markets and investment products

- Valuable analytical and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualification:

- MBA Finance / CFA / CA / NISM Certification preferred

- Experience in institutional sales, bond desk, treasury, or wealth industry preferred

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in fixed income, bond sales, treasury, or institutional desk roles.
