Key Responsibilities: Handling institutional clients for fixed income and bond market products

Managing client relationships and providing investment solutions in bonds and debt products

Executing bond transactions and coordinating with dealers, treasury teams, and institutions

Monitoring market movements, yields, and fixed income opportunities

Coordinating with corporate clients, HNIs, family offices, banks, and financial institutions

Preparing investment proposals, market updates, and portfolio recommendations

Ensuring smooth trade execution and post-trade support

Maintaining compliance and regulatory documentation Required Skills:

Valuable knowledge of bond markets, fixed income products, and debt instruments

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Ability to build and maintain institutional relationships

Understanding of financial markets and investment products

Good analytical and negotiation skills Preferred Qualification:

MBA Finance / CFA / CA / NISM Certification preferred

Experience in institutional sales, bond desk, treasury, or wealth industry preferred Experience:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in fixed income, bond sales, treasury, or institutional desk roles.
