A Relationship Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) acquires new clients, manages loan portfolios, and achieves sales targets for secured property loans. Core duties include lead generation, credit analysis, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Source new loan applications through direct sales, local campaigns, and channel partners like DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) or real estate agents.

- Portfolio Management: Maintain high portfolio health, monitor asset quality, and ensure timely EMI recoveries.

- End-to-End Processing: Handle the customer journey from initial login and documentation to property valuation, legal checks, and final loan disbursement.

- Target Achievement:



Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for loan disbursals, fee income, and portfolio yields.Requirements and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 5+ years in secured retail asset sales, specifically home loans or LAP.

- Skills: Strong local market knowledge, risk assessment ability, negotiation skills, and clear communication.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
