If you want autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to help build a sustainable veterinary business, then keep reading.What Makes This Role DifferentEach shift, you are a key clinical pillar.You:Lead anesthesia and patient monitoringPerform venipuncture and place IV catheters confidentlyInitiate and manage fluid therapyExecute radiology safely and efficientlyMonitor hospitalized patients and escalate concernsEducate clients clearly and compassionatelySupport surgical flow and sterile techniqueHelp refine clinical processes and standardsYou are empowered to practice to the full extent of your training and registration.What We’re Looking ForRegistered Veterinary Technician (in valuable standing)Minimum 1–2 years of direct patient care experience preferredStrong anesthesia, catheter placement, and diagnostic support skillsConfidence in urgent or high-pressure situationsExcellent client communicationA teammate who takes initiative and thinks criticallyEvening/weekend/holiday availability required (we believe in fair rotation)Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a clinical environment, including bending, standing, stooping, kneeling, moving from room to room, and sitting; may be required to walk or stand for extended periods of timeMost importantly: someone who believes their role impacts the success of the entire hospital.Our Core Values (And Yes, We Mean Them) ?
