Regional SQE - Service Experience Minimum 12+ yrs experience in KONE service / installation / field quality Qualification Diploma / Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Purpose Drives handing over from NBS Volume and Major Project to Service in Safety and Quality Monitor and escalate the gaps in the quality, process implementation through various audits and meetings.

Support

Front lines to achieve their Safety and Operational parameters Roles and Responsibilities: Installation to Service Handing over: Provide Input to Volume and MP CSE team during GAD preparation towards Service Maintainability. Perform site thorough audit during all QA check, FCL. Analyze the top 3 repeated issues and highlight during Installation-Service meeting. Monitor the LIFS calls and I-Calls in LIFS – Analyze for the deviation and highlight to Installation team for correction.

Service

Participate and highlight the Safety and Quality issues (related to Service, installation, Product and process) during Monthly Installation and Service meeting.



Understand the Maintenance Challenges and address the same in on-going/future projects Track material consumption (Premature failure/LIFS Material Consumption etc) from TSE/MP Service Manager for further corrective action during Installation stage Perform Safety and Quality Audit in Service Units and share the audit finding to Supervisor and TSE for improvement At KONE, we are focused on creating an creative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
