As we continue to expand our retail footprint, we are looking for a passionate Regional Training Manager – South to drive learning excellence, build high-performing retail teams, and create memorable customer experiences across our stores.

Job Summary The Regional Training Manager – South will be responsible for leading all retail learning and capability-building initiatives across the South region. This role will focus on strengthening product knowledge, sales excellence, customer engagement, leadership development, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with Retail Operations, HR, and Business Leaders to ensure every store team is equipped to deliver the GIVA experience.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

Drive the Learning & Development strategy across all retail stores in the South region.

Plan and execute induction programs for current retail employees.

Conduct regular training sessions on jewellery product knowledge, customer experience, sales techniques, SOPs, and store operations.

Deliver refresher programs to reinforce learning and improve performance.

Retail Capability Development





Build strong selling capabilities by coaching teams on consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.

Train store teams on gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone product knowledge.

Develop Store Managers and Cluster Managers through leadership and people management programs.

Improve sales productivity through structured coaching and on-the-job training.

Business Partnership

Partner with Retail Operations, HR, Category, and Marketing teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Support new store launches by planning and delivering pre-opening and post-opening training.

Ensure consistent execution of GIVA's customer experience standards across all stores.

Performance & Training Effectiveness

Conduct regular store visits to identify capability gaps and training needs.

Measure training effectiveness using business KPIs such as sales conversion, ATV, UPT, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.

Prepare and present training dashboards, reports, and action plans to leadership.

Continuously enhance training content based on business feedback and market trends.

Learning Content Development

Design and update training modules, facilitator guides, SOPs, assessments,



and e-learning content.

Create engaging learning experiences using classroom sessions, virtual training, role plays, and digital learning tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or certification in Learning & Development is preferred.

5+ years of experience in Retail Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Training.

Prior experience in Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury Retail, Beauty, or Premium Retail brands is highly preferred.

Proven experience managing regional retail training across multiple store locations.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to LMS platforms is an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
