As a RSM for Maa Panel ( India )Private Limited, specializing in Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP), your primary objective will be to drive sales and contribute to the company's growth by effectively promoting and selling our ACP products to customers in the construction and building materials industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, establishing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Market Knowledge – Strong connection with Top Architect, Developers and Builders

Well established network with Contractors and Facade Consultant

1. Key Responsibilitie:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Aluminium Composite Panel products.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for ACP sales growth.

Team Management:

1. Set clear sales targets and provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.

Market Research:

1. Stay updated on industry trends, architectural designs,



and construction market dynamics related to ACP.
2. Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to ACP sales strategies.

2. Requirements:

1. Exp. Min.6-8 year in the field of sales and marketing and Building Material
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Project Planning and Strategy:

1. Develop detailed project plans outlining sales objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Formulate and implement strategic approaches to achieve project-specific sales goals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
