Designation- Regional Sales Manager

Location- Nagpur

Salary- 6-10 Lakhs per annum

Qualification- Any Graduate

Experience- Min. 4-5 years of experience as ASM or 2 years as RSM in a veterinary pharma company.

1.



Achievement of Volume and product-wise business objectives of the assigned territory.
2. Ensuring perfect field work and reporting by all team members (ASMs & VSRs) as per company norms.
3. Ensure proper implementation of promotional strategies and the right utilization of inputs.
4. Ensure effective distribution by proper stockiest management, operations, strategies and inputs.
5. Credit Control of all the stockists by coordinating timely stock secondary liquidation.
6. Vacant HQ management for business consistency
7. Guide, mentor & support ASMs for getting the work done by them as per their responsibility areas.
8. Major customer relationships and business building
9. On-the-job training of new VSRs.
10. Ensuring & monitoring the field activities of the team and managing group events
11. Effective, adequate territorial coverage by all team members under supervision.
12. Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
