Role Summary To lead sales and marketing operations for the East region, driving profitable business growth through strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence. The role focuses on achieving business targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring robust commercial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- :Develop business plans and drive execution across all sales and field marketing initiatives to meet regional business objectives
- .Lead the preparation of annual and quarterly sales & market development plans covering key categories, competitive actions, and strategies for low-growth markets
- .Oversee the distributor management process to ensure seamless operations and robust channel partner relationships
- .Manage receivables and financial exposure, ensuring strict adherence to and implementation of commercial policies
- .Ensure timely and effective review of sales, distribution, and field marketing plans, including key initiatives,
in close collaboration with ASMs & AFMMs
- .Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement actions that enhance competitiveness and profitability across the region
- .Build team capability through structured training, on-ground coaching, and ongoing mentoring to develop a high-performance sales force
- .Drive cross-functional coordination to align commercial strategies with overall organizational goals
