We are hiring Sales Head for a leading Edible oil Industry.

This is a field-focused role to improve shop entry and placement in key outlets, supermarkets, and high-potential General Trade stores.

• The role includes correcting distribution gaps and using market-wise schemes and trade support to drive consistent billing.

What You Will Own

• Lead ASMs and Sales Officers closely in the market

• Improve shop entry and placement in A/B outlets, supermarkets, and key accounts

• Plan market-wise schemes, offers, and trade inputs to drive consistent billing

• Correct distributor, coverage, and execution gaps

• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and trade activity

• Review outlet coverage, billing, visibility, and collections

Must Have

• Solid oil ,commodity,FMCG Tamil Nadu sales experience, especially General Trade

• Fluency in Tamil

• Experience guiding ASMs, Sales Officers, and field teams

• Distributor, retailer, large outlet, and key-account handling

• Ability to improve shop entry, placement,



and scheme execution

• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu

Preferred

• Edible oil, staples, or food FMCG experience

• Experience in price-sensitive, scheme-led categories

• Exposure to supermarkets and semi-modern trade

• Tamil Nadu belt-wise market understanding

• Experience correcting weak distributors or weak markets

Experience and Scope

• Preferred experience: 8-15 years in FMCG sales

• Strong Tamil Nadu General Trade exposure is essential

• Slightly lower experience may be considered for strong market execution capability

• The role may cover either Tamil Nadu or a major Tamil Nadu belt / region

Min 8 years exp in Edible Oil/ FMCG/ Confectioneries

Qualification :anyGraduate or MBA
