Responsibilities:

- Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region
- Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets
- Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region
- Build strong relationship with partners
- Review and ensure Policy Compliance
- Manage cost
- Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners
- Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance
- Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
- Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule

- Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region
- Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
- Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the

Region

- Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators
- Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members
- Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues.



Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
- Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.
- Exposure in crowd management.
- Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.

Requirements

· Around 10 years of experience in Operations/Business Development/Service Delivery, with at least 5 years in field operation handling, by self.

Good hands-on experience of Microsoft office (XL, PPT, Word and Local Area Networking etc.)

Strong communication skills.

Strong analytical skills

Able to travel 70% 80% of the time

Ability to work with cross functional teams
