Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

- Lead and manage Medical Representatives and Pharma Sales Officers teams.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the pharma division.

- Monitor secondary and primary sales performance across territories.

- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and business forecasting.

- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, distributors, and institutions.

- Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and product launches.

- Review team performance regularly and provide coaching/training support.

- Maintain sales MIS reports and present business reviews to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharma regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / B.Pharm / MBA preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

- Prior experience as Regional Manager / Area Manager / First Line Manager preferred.

- Solid exposure to Pharma business preferred.
