Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of existing accounts.

- Monitor regional sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales managers, business development executives, and other sales team members.

- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance meetings, and coaching sessions.

- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities within the assigned region.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, partners, and strategic accounts.

- Handle high-value negotiations and support the team in closing major business opportunities.

- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, implementation, support, and accounts teams.

- Monitor customer satisfaction, client retention, renewals, and account growth across the region.

- Review proposals, pricing, contracts,



and commercial terms before finalization.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

- Ensure accurate CRM/Bitrix updates, sales reporting, and pipeline management across the regional team.

- Resolve critical client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and industry events.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, compliance standards, and reporting guidelines.
