Designation : Regional Manager - Canine

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales growth across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to achieve regional business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and strengthen distributor networks, super stockists, and key customer relationships to ensure effective market coverage and business expansion.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance performance, productivity, and capability building.
- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share, improve customer penetration, and drive profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, collections, and credit management to ensure smooth business operations and financial discipline.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities, evaluate competitor activities, and build solid customer engagement.
- Ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, visibility initiatives,



and other company programs across the region.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, MIS reports, and performance analyses, providing actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial functions to achieve business goals.
- Drive compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards across the assigned territory.

Eligible Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a people management role handling a regional sales team.
- Experience handling the Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh markets will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- 8-10 years of experience in Animal Health sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth, managing distributor networks, and achieving sales targets.
