Job Summary To achieve agreed business financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining TASC - Trust, Association, Society and Club customers within acceptable risk parameters with a team of TASC relationship Managers

Contribute toward achieving team’s overall target and delivering optimal portfolio return.

Collaborate and build effective partnerships with TASC segment, as well as colleagues in CDD teams and partners in risk, compliance, other support functions, and product Key Responsibilities Achieve business financial and non-financial targets while contributing towards team’s overall deliverables through: Building trusted client relationships in TASC segment – primarily CA, SA, TD & other banking products as required by the segment

Implement agreed business plan to achieve sales/ revenue targets

Working on solutioning pertaining to TASC clients in close association with Product team,

Generate creative ideas on TASC customer acquisition and products/ services

Team management of TASC ZH/ RM’s and their productivity

Maintain a high level of professionalism and to take care of compliance in client engagement, internal stakeholder management and other business conduct People and Talent Set direction and drive high performance by translating strategy into explicit direction, aligning individual goals to team outcomes and providing regular, constructive feedback.

Develop talent and capability through coaching and career conversations that build critical skills, stretch potential and prepare individuals for future opportunities.

Lead by example by role-modelling the Bank’s valued behaviours, upholding strong risk and conduct standards, exercising sound judgment,



and creating an inclusive team culture that supports wellbeing, values diverse perspectives, and drives accountability.
