Job Purpose To lead the Private Banking business and teams in a region, ensuring delivery of business results through Senior Advisors and Investment Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring Product Mix Weightage
Deliver benchmarked product solutions aligned with customer needs.
Regional PBG Targets across TPP (20%)
Achieve absolute and relative team targets measured by AUM growth, revenue, and new client sign-ons.
Customer Level Profitability objectives from TPP to be met (10%)
Ensure Rs. 100,000 profitability per customer from 80% of the base.
Ensuring Banking Objective of team at overall
Allocate 1.5 hours daily to banking activities and meet key banking objectives.
Activities for Team Building (5%)
Conduct one team-building activity monthly.
Handling nominated tasks in a structured manner with communicated deadlines (5%)
Own tasks, create achievement plans, monitor progress, and escalate delays.
