Platform Design & Architecture: Design secure, high-availability OpenShift clusters (on-prem/AWS/Azure/GCP) and define best practices for deployment.
Operations & Troubleshooting: Manage day-to-day cluster operations, including upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting complex node, networking (OVN-Kubernetes), and storage (CSI) issues.
Automation & DevOps: Implement Git Ops workflows and build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible to automate application deployment and cluster configuration.
Containerization & Migration: Lead modernization efforts, containerizing applications and migrating workloads from legacy platforms (like VMware) to OpenShift.
Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, including RBAC, pod security, and vulnerability scanning in compliance with enterprise standards.
Mentorship: Act as the technical lead, providing guidance to junior engineers and collaborating with developers and stakeholders
