Responsibilties:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed plans, schedules, and roadmaps; manage project lifecycle from inception to deployment.

Technical Leadership: Lead teams in deploying containerized applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring security/compliance, often using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, specifically focusing on OpenShift cluster installation, configuration, and migration projects.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as main point of contact, communicate progress, manage expectations,



and drive alignment with clients and internal teams.

Resource & Risk Management: Allocate resources (people, tools), identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage budgets.

Quality & Delivery: Ensure projects meet quality standards, scope, and deadlines, often involving customization for embedded systems, IoT, or cloud.

Automation & Best Practices: Implement automation (scripts, IaC), drive process improvements, and ensure security/compliance.
