Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role at Shine Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.

The Recruitment

Specialist will develop job postings, maintain talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs across departments. Day-to-day tasks include managing applicant tracking systems, communicating with candidates throughout the process, preparing offer letters, and supporting onboarding and training coordination for new hires. The role will also contribute to employer branding initiatives,



help improve recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with relevant company policies and labor regulations.

Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit and maintain explicit, professional interactions.

Candidates should possess Training and onboarding-related skills to support smooth integration of new team members.

Candidates should possess organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities.

Candidates should possess proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and basic MS Office or similar tools.

Candidates should possess knowledge of general HR practices and basic employment regulations;

experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work on-site in the Mohali district with cross-functional teams.
