Recruitment Specialist ? Location: Bengaluru ? Employment Type: Full-time ? Open Positions: 5 About the Role As a Recruitment Specialist , you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for open positions. You'll manage the initial stages of the recruitment process by connecting with prospective candidates, assessing their fit, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact through interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Source and engage prospective candidates through outbound calls. Understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations to assess role fit. Explain job opportunities, compensation, and the recruitment process clearly.

Screen candidates based on eligibility, qualifications, and documentation. Drive candidate applications and ensure interview readiness through timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in CRM/Google Sheets.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

What We're Looking For:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage. Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate interactions over the phone. Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools. Previous experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Success Metrics: Candidate outreach and engagement. Qualified candidates added to the hiring pipeline. Application and interview conversion rates. Timely and accurate CRM updates. Achievement of daily and weekly recruitment targets.
