Position Overview The Sourcing Specialist /Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified physicians and healthcare professionals. This position focuses on identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates through multiple sourcing channels, ensuring that recruitment operations meet client requirements and compliance standards. The role demands a proactive individual with strong research, networking, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Candidate Sourcing o Identify and attract qualified physicians using job boards, databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.

o Build and maintain a physician talent pool to support current and future staffing needs.

· Lead Generation o Research and generate leads through events, referrals, and digital campaigns.

o Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach and engagement.

· Screening & Data Validation o Conduct preliminary qualification checks, including CV formatting and compensation mapping.

o Validate candidate information to ensure accuracy and compliance with credentialing standards.





· Collaboration o Work closely with Recruitment Leads and Credentialing Specialists to ensure smooth handover of qualified candidates.

o Support client requirements by aligning sourcing strategies with staffing needs.

· Technology Utilization o Use ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate reports.

o Ensure data security and compliance in all sourcing activities.

· Continuous Improvement o Explore new sourcing channels and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.

o Provide feedback on sourcing strategies and contribute to process optimization.

Education, Skills & Experience

· Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience : 3–8 years in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in healthcare staffing or international recruitment.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases).

· Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems.

· Excellent communication and networking abilities.

· Attention to detail and ability to validate candidate data accurately.
