Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Experience in International/ Domestic Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through various job portals and channels
- Experience in language hiring (multilingual recruitment)
- Experience in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handle pressure
- Adaptable to work 6 days a week
- Comfortable commuting to the office ( No cab facility provided )
- Immediate joiners preferred
