Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Experience in International/ Domestic Recruitment

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Expertise in candidate sourcing through various job portals and channels

Experience in language hiring (multilingual recruitment)

Experience in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment and handle pressure

Flexible to work 6 days a week

Comfortable commuting to the office (No cab facility provided)
