Main Purpose of Role:

The Recruitment Manager (Team Lead) will be responsible for leading a team of Early Careers Recruitment Coordinators who provide centralized operational support across GSK's Early Careers programmes. The role will ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality recruitment administration services, drive operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction and an outstanding candidate experience while developing and coaching a high-performing team

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and develop a team of up to 9 Early Careers Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance and career development.




- Manage the day-to-day delivery of Central Services recruitment support activities across multiple Early Careers programmes and geographies.
- Oversee the effective management and triage of candidate, recruiter and stakeholder queries, ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Ensure accurate administration and processing of recruitment activities, including candidate screening support, assessment management, interview coordination and onboarding activities.
- Lead the team's delivery of assessment-related activities, including SHL assessment resets, adjustment requests and standalone assessment creation.
- Oversee video interview screening activities by the team, ensuring processes are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate and monitor background screening and pre-employment checking activities, ensuring timely progression of candidates through the recruitment process.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex candidate, stakeholder and operational issues, driving prompt resolution.
- Build strong working relationships with UK-based recruitment teams, hiring managers and Early Careers stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage team workload set by the delivery manager and set resource allocation.
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, quality metrics and operational performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required – reporting the delivery manager.
- Ensure compliance with GSK policies, recruitment governance requirements, data privacy regulations and audit standards set by the delivery manager.
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems and technologies, ensuring successful adoption across the team.
- Produce and present operational performance reports,



insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
