We(OMAM CONSULTANTS PVT LTD) are looking for dynamic recruitment professionals or candidates with experience in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or Purchase/Procurement who are interested in building a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

- Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

- Handle client management and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution.

- Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Purchase/Procurement,



or Recruitment is preferred.

- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

- Willing to work from the office, 5 days a week.
