Job Title: GSK Global Early Careers Central Service Recruitment Coordinator
Main Purpose of Role:
The Recruitment Coordinator will provide centralized operational support across GSK's Early Careers programmes, ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment administration activities throughout the candidate lifecycle. The role is responsible for ensuring processes are completed accurately, compliantly and within agreed timelines, while delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, recruiters and stakeholders.
Responsibilities will vary throughout the recruitment cycle and will be allocated by the Team Leader based on business priorities and volume demands. Coordinators may be assigned to specific workstreams, such as query management, assessment administration or onboarding activities,
while at other times they may support a broader range of recruitment activities to meet programme requirements. Flexibility and adaptability are therefore key to success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver recruitment administration support across multiple Early Careers programmes and geographies.
- Manage and respond to candidate, recruiter and stakeholder queries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Support the administration and processing of recruitment activities, including candidate screening support, assessment management, interview coordination and onboarding activities.
- Complete assessment-related activities, including SHL assessment resets, adjustment requests and standalone assessment creation.
- Conduct video interview screening activities in line with agreed processes and service standards.
- Coordinate background screening and pre-employment checking activities, ensuring candidates progress through the recruitment process efficiently.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within relevant recruitment systems.
- Monitor personal workload to ensure activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Escalate complex candidate or process issues to the Team Leader.
- Ensure compliance with GSK policies, recruitment governance requirements, data privacy regulations and audit standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Delivery of recruitment administration services across the Early Careers lifecycle.

Skills Required for the Role:

- Experience working within recruitment, HR administration or shared services environments is desirable.
