Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and business functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills:




- Solid expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
- Experience hiring for Strategy & Consulting roles is highly preferred.
- Candidates with prior recruitment experience supporting Accenture or any of the Big 4 consulting firms will be given preference.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work from the Noida office 3 days a week .
