Matchworkers International is a recruitment and immigration consultancy with 26 years of experience delivering workforce solutions to clients across European markets. We are expanding our New Delhi sourcing hub and looking for a Recruitment Consultant with solid hospitality sector expertise.

You will own the screening and selection process for hotel, restaurant, catering, resort, and hospitality group roles — assessing candidates not just on paper, but on real operational capability before they reach our international clients.

What you'll do

- Screen and shortlist CVs against employer specifications
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews for hospitality roles
- Assess technical and operational knowledge across F&B;, housekeeping, front office, kitchen, engineering, and guest services
- Evaluate communication skills, guest service orientation, grooming standards, and overall professionalism
- Run competency-based and behavioural interviews to identify high-potential candidates
- Test candidate understanding of hospitality SOPs, hygiene regulations, food safety practices, and service standards
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports with clear selection or rejection recommendations




- Coordinate with sourcing partners and regional sub-agents across India to fill client manpower requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
- Deliver against recruitment targets and client deadlines

What you'll bring

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in hospitality recruitment, manpower supply, staffing, or agency environments
- Proven track record of hospitality hiring with a demonstrable placement history
- Solid working knowledge of hotel operations across departments
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates beyond the CV — probing practical, on-the-job knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages an advantage
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
