Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager IT Recruitment with 10–15 years of experience exclusively in IT Staffing and Recruitment companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment delivery operations, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions, managing recruitment team, driving process compliance and achieving delivery excellence for clients. This role requires solid leadership, recruitment strategies, team mentoring and quality assurance capabilities while ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment Delivery.

Excellent understanding of IT technologies and hiring practices.

Expertise in requirement analysis and recruiter allocation.

Strong profile validation and quality assurance skills.





Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Team leadership and mentoring skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Recruitment environment.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

10–15 years of experience exclusively in IT Staffing, Recruitment or IT Consulting companies.

Proven experience managing recruitment delivery teams.

Experience handling permanent staffing, contract staffing, or both.

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal.

Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, SLAs and delivery metrics.
