We are seeking an experienced

Recruiting Manager to lead high-volume recruitment efforts and drive strategic hiring initiatives across a fast-paced, people-focused organization. This role requires a strong background in large-scale talent sourcing, team leadership, and deep market understanding. Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring results.

- Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, events, referrals, and community partnerships.

- Leverage market intelligence to assess talent availability, wage trends, competitive movement, and sourcing opportunities.

- Partner closely with business leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.





- Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility in local markets.

- Use data and analytics to measure recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.

- Demonstrated ability to hire large volumes of candidates within tight timelines.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing systems.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
