ROHI Global Services is looking for a dynamic and passionate Recruiter with a Chef or Hospitality background to join our growing recruitment team. Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships who are looking to transition into recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilitie
- sSource, screen, and interview candidates for cruise ship and hospitality positions
- .Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability
- .Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- .Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- .Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- .Follow up with candidates for documentation and onboarding
- .Build and maintain a solid database of hospitality professionals

- leBackground i n Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Cruise Indust r
- y.Previous experience as a Chef, F&B; Professional, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, or Hotel Operatio ns is preferre
- d.Excellent communication skills in Englis
- h.Good interviewing and interpersonal skill
- s.Basic knowledge of MS Office and online recruitment platform
- s.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindse
