We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience while building strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Handle offer rollouts,



salary negotiations, and joining formalities
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
- Ability to assess candidates against job requirements
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Preferred Requirements
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exposure to bulk hiring or campus recruitment will be an added advantage
